A Japanese-style painter, who was active chiefly in the Salon of Japan. At the beginning he painted portraits with detailed description, and after the World War II he established his style of portraits with the original atmosphere, such as nudes composed from color surfaces affected with Paul Gauguin, and portraits or landscapes in the spiritual colors of symbolization.
