HASHIMOTO Kansetsu1883-1945

A Japanese-style painter. He went to China more than 30 times and Europa several times, under the experience promoted the new Nanga (genre paintings) mixed the Eastern-style and the Western-style. He was active chiefly in Kyoto circle, and also has image of alone-painter.
