SHIMIZU Toshi1887-1945
A Western-style painter in Japan. After studied in USA at first and later moved to Paris to exhibit in such as the Salon d’Automne for total around 20 years, SHIMIZU came back to Japan, and active chiefly in the Nika-kai, later in the Independent Art Society living in Tokyo.
