Hiroshima Museum of Art

A Western-style painter of Japan, and active chiefly in the Nika-kai and the Niki-kai, advanced art societies, with lived in Kansai. His works show the original oil paintings with the massive colors and matiere. He also said to be a last follower of the realism by ASAI Chu.
